- To take precautions to increase the psychometric properties of measurement instruments.
- To develop measurement instruments that will be used in the field according to purposes about the psychological variables (achievement, ability, attitude, interest, personalities.).
- To adapt the measurement instruments developed for different purposes in different cultures from original culture to target culture based on the knowledge learned in the graduate level.
- To apply the different scientific research methods and techniques for the solutions of complex problems related to the field by selecting them.
