1- To know and apply the theories about psychological variables (achievement, ability, attitude, interest, personalities.) that is used in the studies of developing measurement instrument.
2- To know the fundamentals of test theory in the process of development of the measurement instrument.
3- To take precautions to increase the psychometric properties of measurement instruments.
4- To develop measurement instruments that will be used in the field according to purposes about the psychological variables (achievement, ability, attitude, interest, personalities.).
5- To adapt the measurement instruments developed for different purposes in different cultures from original culture to target culture based on the knowledge learned in the graduate level.
