The objectiveof Educational Measurement and Evaluation (PhD) is to train experts whohave the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes related to measurement and evaluation, know and apply the ethical rules, follow professionaldevelopments and have the required knowledge and skills related toresearch methods. This program also aims to help candidatesimprove skills of making original scientific research andpublication and train academicians who produce original solutions for theproblems in this field in the context of theory and research.
