Started his/her education at home or outside the equivalent of the program a student may apply for lateral transfer. Students begin the adoption period, taking into account each student's degree requirements and his/her application is examined and treated as special. An agreement approved by the University and student exchange programs, national or international students may take the undergraduate courses.
