Profile of the Programme
Our undergraduate program is organized to give the basic mechanical engineering information, with the purpose of preparing the student to graduate program or to earn professional experience. Courses include not only theoretical information but also studies for various applications, experimental studies, team work and projects, and computer-aided applications. Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program is made up of 8 semesters (4 years). Students have to make 3 summer practices each lasts for 20 workdays; 3 social elective and 5 technical elective courses have to be enrolled and passed. Students will complete totally 30.0 ECTS points each semester. A student who holds either grades (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB), (CC) is considered to be successful at that course. Furthermore, a student with a GPA of 2.00 or higher for a semester is also considered successful in a course with a DC+ grade in that semester.
