The ECTS credits have been determined according to the necessary workload by taking students’ learning outcomes into consideration at Gazi University. There are theoretical classes, laboratory work or workshops, clinical studies, assignments, projects, internships, seminars, individual studies, field work, examinations and presentations in the workload which the program prepared according to 30 ECTS in one academic term, and 60 ECTS in one year depends on. All these activities determine the time students need to achieve the necessary learning outcomes. One ECTS credit has been described as 25 class hours at our university and the student workload is 1500 class hours in a whole academic year. The ECTS board of each department has calculated the ECTS credits of each course in this respect. Students and instructors have been asked to take part in evaluation surveys at the end of each term.
