Programme Information
The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Ph.D. program has been established to train qualified individuals to meet the needs of managers in food and beverage and tourism sectors, and researchers and academicians in tourism education. The main aim of the program is to train individuals with sufficient academic background, research and problem solving skills in the field of gastronomy and culinary arts. In addition, to develop individual projects the academic field, follow innovations and gain study competence.
