Programme Information
In the department, there are one full-time professor, one specialist, two research assistant. Currently a total of 5 students are enrolled in the program. Courses and researches are conducted in the areas of food analysis and nutrition. Research Areas: Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Additives, Food Contaminants and Nutrition. Laboratories (1 student laboratory, 1 research laboratory and 1 central laboratory).
