Students will be able to choose the appropriate local anesthetic solution for the patient and know the required amount.
When choosing the appropriate local anesthetic solution for the patient, students learn which vasoconstrictor substance and amount is in that solution
Students learn all topical anesthesia, infiltration anesthesia, local anesthesia, regional anesthesia techniques and complications.
Students learn infiltration anesthesia techniques and complications.
Students will be able to decide whether sedation is required for children or mentally retarded patients
Students will be able to take the necessary precautions to prevent a systemic emergency in their patients during their clinical studies.
