Can discuss the properties of drug distribution and binding
Can evaluate drug biotransformation concepts
Gets familiar with the pharmacokinetic parameters and able to interpret time-concentration relationships
Understands underlying mechanisms in drug actions and can interpret concentration-effect relationships
Understands factors modifying drug effect
Can explain drug-drug interactions in terms of pharmacokinetics
Can explain drug-drug interactions in terms of pharmacodynamics
Gets familiar with the importance of pharmacogenetics in drug effect
