2. Applies the inventories of interest, ability and value used in vocational guidance and professional counseling.
3. Apply professional / career development and maturity scales and other measurement tools used in vocational guidance and counseling.
4. Interprets the results or profiles of the measurement tools by conducting individual professional interviews.
5. Uses the principles and techniques used in vocational guidance and counseling in school type, course, field and profession selection processes.

 -- MODE OF DELIVERY
  This course is conducted face to face, classroom and educational institutions (secondary and high schools) by doing vocational guidance and vocational counseling.
 --WEEKLY SCHEDULE
1. Week  Introduction to the principles and techniques in the field of Vocational Guidance and Counseling.
2. Week  Examination of the Self-Assessment Inventory (SAI), the Academic Self-Concept Scale (ASCS) and the Vocational Maturity Scale (MOI)
3. Week  Examining vocational group guidance programs and activities.
4. Week  Develop a group guidance activity for middle school or high school students, including goals, behaviors, and process.
5. Week  Develop a group guidance activity for middle school or high school students, including goals, behaviors, and process.
6. Week  Giving feedback in the classroom about group guidance activities developed for middle and high school students, including goals, behaviors
