Know basic information about electronics. Know basic electronic circuit elements.
Know the types of wave about electricity. Know to analyze basic electronic circuits.
Comprehend properties and function of oscilloscopes and oscillators.
Comprehend complex analysis of alternative current circuits. State the fundamental laws of electric circuits.
Explain energy band models, which are applicable on semiconductors
Understand and describe in own words related properties of the semiconductors and semiconductors.
Describe different types of doping and the effect of doping for various properties in the semiconductors
Explains the structure and working principles of diode and diode applications such as rectifier, clipper.
Explain the structure and working principles of BJT transistors.
Analyse diode and transistor integrated circuits and comprehend their application fields.

Week Thevenin and Norton equal circuits 6. Week Wave types: Sinusoidal, square, triangular and saw tooth waves and Fourier series; effective and direct current values; 7.
