1.Understanding the general geologic structure and geomorphologic effects.
2.Understanding the tectonic structure and influence zones, evolution, variation and characteristics of orogenic movements on our Country.
3.Understanding of impact zones, evolution, variation and specialities of creation of faults, epeirogenesis, volcanism and earthquakes on our Country
4.Understanding the geomorphologic characteristics of Turkey and internal forces and their effects in shaping the surface of the land.
5.Understanding of the external forces, which are effective in shaping the surface of the land.
6.Learning of morphologic units of Turkey by classifying them. Learning of the formation and qualification of the high rugged lands.
7.Learning of the formation, transition, distribution and qualification of lowlands, river basins, delta plains
8.Learning of formation, transition, distribution and qualification of the plateau and upland areas.
9.Learning of the formation, transition, distribution and qualification of karst and glacier topography with the topography dependent structures.
10.Learning of the formation, transition, qualification and morphologic characteristics of the seas and cost lines surrounding Turkey.
