Develop proper measurement instruments which have the qualities which mesurment instruments must have
Compare traditional and alternative measurement instruments
Evaluate attainments of the students multidimensionally using various methods.
Calculate statistical accounts used in measurement and evaluation.
Analyze the items of the tests.
Provides feedback to students' measurement practices.
