Write C++ programs first as a procedural language and then as an object oriented language.
Implement object-oriented programs in C++. Understand algorithmic thinking and apply it to programming.
Understand problem-solving techniques.
Apply software development techniques that use the correct syntax and
semantics of a programming language to write the source code to implement and test/debug a specified design.
