Gazi University, with its main campus hosting most of the faculties and schools as well as the Rector’s Office, is a city university at the centre of Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. Faculties and schools are at the districts of Beşevler, Maltepe, and Emek, and the towns of Gölbaşı, Çubuk and Beypazarı. Besides the main campus of 450.000 square meters of area at Beşevler, Gazi University has four other campuses: Emek, 11.624 square meters; Maltepe, 21.184; Çubuk, 689.638; and Gölbaşı, 318.000.

On the main campus, there are Faculty of Pharmacology, Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Technical Education, School of Physical Education and Sports, Vocational School of Distance Education, Institute of Informatics, Institute of Science, and Institute of Educational Sciences, Institute of Research and Prevention of Accidents, State Conservatory of Turkish Music, and the Central Library. In Beşevler, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, School of Vocational Education, School of Arts and Design, School of Health Sciences, and Faculty of Medicine, Ankara Vocational School and Vocational School of Justice take place. In Maltepe, there are Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, School of Banking and Insurance while in Emek, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Communications, Faculty of Fine Arts, and Institute of Fine Arts are located. In Ostim, Ostim Vocational School; in Çankaya, Vocational School of Land Registry and Cadastre; in Gölbaşı, Faculty of Tourism, Industrial Arts Education, Technocity, School of Foreign Languages, Vocational School of Health Services, some research units and laboratories are located. In the county of Beypazarı, Beypazarı Vocational School of Technical Sciences is located. In Polatlı, Polatlı Faculty of Arts and Sciences provides education affiliated with Faculties of Arts and Sciences.
