To be able to gain knowledge and skills about basic menu planning principles in hospitals.
To be able to gain knowledge about legal regulations related to food management systems in hospitals.
To be able to gain knowledge and skills about menu planning special to diseases.
To be able to gain skills to improve standart recipes in order to provide patient’s nutritional requirements in the clinic.
To be able to gain skills to implementation standart recipes in order to provide patient’s nutritional requirements in the clinic.
To be able to gain managerial skills of carrying out innovation studies for enhance satisfaction of patients.
