1. To recognize of general considerations and an outline survey of basic interaction mechanisms.
2. To identify mechanisms for specific clinically relevant and harmful drug interactions
3. To describe the importance of drug interactions for drugs with a narrow therapeutic window
4. To identify methods and systems approaches to predict and prevent drug interactions
5. To recognize importance of reporting ADRs, drug-drug interactions and medication errors
