To explain cellular redox chemistry, free radicals and role of cellular redox homeostasis.
To define what is cellular stress and stress factors; should discuss the consequences of as oxidative and reductive components.
To define exogenous and endogenous source of reactive oxygen species; should explain their roles in physiological,pathological processes.
To explain nitrosative stres, role of peroxynitrite in physiological,pathological processes.
To explain cellular aging mechanisms and senescence, aging theories and damage based theories in aging.
To explain gluco-oxidation, lipo-oxidation reactions with their role in physiological and pathological processes.
To explain endogenous antioxidant defense mechanisms and enzymes with their functions.
To explain what is exogenous antioxidants; antioxidant nutritions and nutraceuticals and their role in health and diseases.
To define the role of herbal phenolic compounds and sterols in metabolic, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases states.
To discuss new treatment strategies targeting cellular redox signalling and homeostasis.

4. Week  Nitric oxide, nitrosative stres, role of peroxynitrite in physiological,pathological processes.
5. Week  Endogenous antioxidant defense mechanisms and antioxidant enzymes and their functions.
6. Week  Gluco-oxidation, lipo-oxidation reactions with their role in physiological and pathological processes.
7. Week  Protein oxidation and proteins cross-linked, degradation: Proteosome functions.
8. Week  Protein oxidation in Metabolic diseases and cancer.
9. Week  Cellular Aging: Reasons and consequences of senescence.
10. Week  Aging theories and oxidative damage based theories in aging.
11. Week  Questioning of apoptosis and autophagy in diseases states.Protein oxidation in aging and age-related diseases.
