Knowledge of the functional areas of project management according to international standards.
To gain a foundation in how to start a project according to international standards.
Ability to write project plan and its implementation in real life professionally.
Ability to apply principles necessary in the successful management of a new or existing project.
To think critically and apply theoretical and practical knowledge and experience to identify and analyse business problems in engineering and project management.
Critically analyse and evaluate the opportunities identified for successful implementation of projects.
Strategic thinking and reasoning about activities related to the creation, development and maintenance of appropriate project model.
Ability to show understanding of individual and group dynamics in organizations.
Ability to operate effectively in teamwork in defining and implementing a project.
Ability to deal effectively with people from different social, economic, cultural and religious backgrounds, who are part of a project team.
