To identify the characteristics of the studies/ fields of World Englishes and English as a Lingua Franca
to read, critique and analyse (both written and oral) ELF and World Englishes related articles to bridge theory and practice
to design pedagogical tasks in line with ELF
to evaluate materials, teacher training programs with respect to ELF
to write a synthesis paper focusing on pedagogical aspects of ELF.
