Profile of the Programme
The department offers an integrated program of Prehistory, Protohistory and Neareastern Archaeology and Classical Archaeology disciplines. Beside the compulsory courses of these disciplines, elective courses are offered from related scientific disciplines like Anthropology, Central Asian Archaeology and Medieval Anatolian Archaeology. Doctoral thesis is prepared and defended following the completion of compulsory courses, elective courses and seminary.
