Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of previous education in Higher Education Institutions, handling of vertical and horizontal transfers and within-university transfers are carried out in respect to the Higher Education Board’s (YÖK) “Regulations on Transfers between Graduate Programs, double major and minor education, and credit transfers between institutions”. Student demands on credit and grade transfers from their previous education are being handled by the respective institution’s executive board.
