- To raise individuals who have the required theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of political and social sciences.
- To be able to inform related persons and institutions in the field of Political Science and Public Administration; to communicate opinions and solution proposals on problems in written and verbal ways supporting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to understand and evaluate collective decision-making processes and how they reacts
- To be able to critically evaluate the knowledge and skills gained from Political Science and Public Administration,
- To distinguish the differences between classical and contemporary theories and to evaluate the interaction between them,
- To be able to benefit from other disciplines which form the basis of Political Science (International Relations, Law, Economics, Sociology, Philosophy, etc.) and to have a basic knowledge of these disciplines
- To learn historical and political events shaping political systems and to be able to understand and interpret current political systems
