Profile of the Programme Social Studies Teacher Department Social Studies Teaching Doctorate Program executes a training plan in order to educate instructors and academicians in the field. Doctorate Program includes required courses as: approaches and methods in Social Studies Teaching, academic research methods and techniques, statistics and applications, material development in Social Studies Teaching, personal and professional development of teacher, measuring and evaluation. In addition to these required courses, there are elective courses that students may select these courses accordingly their preferences.
