| - To have competence in the theories and other conceptual approaches related with the discipline of Legislative Sciences and Political Representation and to have the capacity to comment on these theoretical constructions from a critical perspective. |
| - To gain a repertoire on European Union s administrative structure, local government policy in Turkey, globalization and localitization debates and new approaches in public administration. |
| - To be equipped with the knowledge of Turkish Constitutional order, legal framework of human rights and international law. |
| - To be able to reach the academic literature on public administration, to prepare a research design based on this theoretical framework, to conduct a scientific research by utilizing both the quantitative and qualitative methods and to analyze gathered data as well as to produce findings out of them. |
