- Acquaints him/her self with the principles and know-hows of individual/team sports at recreational level; obtains basic application knowledges and skills
- Recognizes the human organism and its functions; learns how to use the human body effectively and actively; gains knowledge about living a life in good health physically, psychologically, and emotionally
- Comprehends the notions of disability and autism, understands the disadvantages of handicapped people in communities
