The main aim of the department is to prepare students for the sport management profession and to train them in the level of research and development in sports related fields. In addition, the student will be able to access information related to the subject by conducting scientific research, to evaluate and interpret the information with the ability to conduct independent research and analysis. The department aims to provide the students with the ability to develop interpretations by analyzing events and phenomena from a scientific point of view and to determine the necessary steps to reach new syntheses.
