2. Week  Development of “Usûl-i Cedit” (New Method) , the Turks.
3. Week  Development of Press.
4. Week  Cogresses of Muslim of Russia and political activities between Turks.
5. Week  1916 Insurrection of Turkistan.
6. Week  Russian Revolution: February 1917, The Bolshevik Revolution of October 1917 and Civil War.
7. Week  Midterm exam.
8. Week  The national governmets formed by Turks: Autonomous government of Hokand, “Alaş Orda” Government, “Başkurt” national governmen
9. Week  “Tatar” National Government, “Kırım” National Government, Republic of “Azerbaycan”.
10. Week  The fact that soviet governance rule over Turkish Countries.
11. Week  The Turkish Countries ruled by Soviet Union.
