To be able to recognize necessary steps for managing organizational change
To be able to differentiate organizational change terminology and types
To be able to explaine and define organizational change process from a different theoretical frameworks
To be able to determine the factors that strat and move the organizational change
To differentiate hinderences of organizational change in order to thier importance and type
To be able to explaine the relationship between factors that initiate and hinders the organizational change
To be able to explaine the organizational change process from different perspectives (i.e. management, change agent etc.)
To observe the ability on students to sentesize organizational change knowledge
