Compose print designs by using Illustrator, Corel Draw & Photoshop
Convert the graphical designs by using Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Photoshop into textile designs suitable for textile printing technologies
Develop knowledge & understanding for the importance of innovative printing technologies for textile design, & follow technological developments

5. Week  Motif drawing in Corel Draw, Repeats in Corel Draw for piece printing tecchnique
6. Week  The free design program Corel Draw
7. Week  Mid-term exam
8. Week  Filters in Illustrator, Color palettes & color combinations in Illustrator
9. Week  Floral motifs, Flower making in Illustrator, Cross stitch effects in Illustrator
10. Week  Trompe loeil prints on basic bodice in Photoshop, Sequin effects in Photoshop
11. Week  Decoupage in Photoshop
12. Week  Motif forming in Photoshop, Repeats in Photoshop for Rotational printing technique
13. Week  Composing iconic Fabric designs; Checks, Pepita, Prince of Wales etc in Photoshop
14. Week  Herringbone, tartans & Argyle designs in Photoshop
15. Week  A collection of four combinations of Interior Design textiles with the available trend & color palette
