Define stages in texturized yarn production,
Explain the types & properties of embroidery & sewing threads & fancy yarns,
Make direct & indirect yarn counts, basic yarn production calculations,
Recognize basic yarn defects,

1. Week  Information about the Yarn Production Industry in Turkey, general properties of yarns, the yarn types and yarn properties (twist, count, crimp etc.),
2. Week  Cotton Yarn Production (processes and machines),
3. Week  Mixing & Blow-room machinery and operation procedures,
4. Week  Carding machinery and operation procedures, drawing & roving machines and their operation procedures,
5. Week  Comber and Ring frames & their operation procedures,
6. Week  OE frames & their operation procedures,
7. Week  Mid-Term Exam
8. Week  Other technologies in cotton yarn production, Air jet, Friction yarn production methods,
9. Week  Wool yarn production process,
10. Week  Woolen, semi-woolen, semi-worsted, worsted yarn production,
11. Week  Steps of woolen yarn production; Fleece, washing, picking, carding, roving, spinning, skeining,
