1. Week  Introduction: to concepts of public services and its characteristics; collective consumption, common and private goods.
2. Week  Fundamental Concepts: Definition of infrastructure, features of physical infrastructure services
3. Week  Development History of Urban Physical Infrastructure
4. Week  Characteristics of the Demand for Physical Infrastructure Services
5. Week  Characteristics of the Supply for Physical Infrastructure Services
6. Week  MIDTERM EXAM I
7. Week  To draw a basic framework related with development of urban infrastructure utilities under the effects of ecological, social and economic issues.
8. Week  TECHNICAL EXCURSION: to visit Ankara Water and Sewerage Authority (ASKİ) for doing an observation in water treatment and waste water treatment plants
