 --COURSE CONTENT
1. Week  Conservation of historic environments and buildings, values and theoretical knowledge on related subjects.
2. Week  Evaluation of contemporary conservation theories through history and especially since the 19TH century.
3. Week  Definitions of values preserved, conservation criteria's and previous research studies in the area.
4. Week  Mid Term I
5. Week  Analysis and documentation of buildings, building groups and their surroundings
6. Week  Basic knowledge on building typology and their architectural elements of traditional environments.
7. Week  Introduction of the classic and optic techniques / methods of architectural surveying.
8. Week  determining the problems and the period of the building
9. Week  Preparing the restitution and restoration projects

11. Week  Concept of conservation of the historic environments, Methods of evaluation, examples of street, district and urban scales.
