At the end of the course, students will be able to explain the concept of the organization.
Students will be able to analyse historical development of organizational structures.
Students will be able to explain classical and neo-classical and modern management theories.
Students will comprehend the functioning forms of organizational communication.
Students will be able to analyse the function of communication in organizational administration.
They will be able to assess the stress, conflict, and motivation methods in organizations.
They will be able to define organizational structure, functioning and basic elements of the organization.
