Students will be able to define main concepts of communication law.
Students will be able to assess regulations on literary rights.

4. Week   Main principles and institutions of the government on the issue of control and supervision
5. Week   Control of the non-governmental bodies
6. Week   Developments in freedom of communication in Turkey
7. Week   Context of freedom of communication
8. Week   Mid-term
9. Week   Freedom of communication relevance to law
10. Week   Boundaires of freedom of communication
11. Week   Press, basic organization, the administrative, civil and judicial responsibilities.
12. Week  Specific conditions regarding the television and radio in Turkey
13. Week   Principles of broadcasting and control over the programs: penalties and responsibilities
14. Week   Judicial solutions for the conflicts caused by the rapid technological improvements
15. Week   Protection of individuals against new technologies
