Commentate basic economic concepts and principles related to evaluation of operational strategies
Make analysis related to identify the nature and development of different markets
Examine the importance of information and risk in decision making and the strategic nature of the preferences
Distinguish what the tools of strategic analysis are and the role of each tool in strategy development
Make business-level strategic analysis, and formulate strategy for a business
Make company-level strategic analysis, and formulate strategy for a company
Implement business and corporate level strategies
