• Define the measurement and evaluation concepts used in education.
• Develop proper measurement instruments which have the qualities which mesurment instruments must have
• Compare traditional and alternative measurement instruments.
• Evaluate attainments of the students multidimensionally using various methods.
• Calculate statistical accounts used in measurement and evaluation.
• Analyze the items of the tests.
