To know statutory fundamentals of the Turkish education system.
To know management theories and approaches of these theories to human.
To have knowledge about power, politics and influence used in the management of the school.
To know duties and responsibilities of school manager and understand the importance of leadership in school management.
To explain the importance of human resources in education.
To explain the basic concepts related to the psychological aspects of the school
To know staffs' and students' rights and how to provide services to them.
To know services about education and learning.
To comprehend school's financial resources and how to use them.
