Knows the roles and responsibilities of school administrators,understands the importance of leadership in schools.
Explains the importance of human resources in education.
Knows supervision and evaluation concepts, school administrators’ role in supervision and evaluation.
Explains the basic concepts related to psychological aspects of school.
Knows the rights that school staff and students have and how to provide services to them.
