2. Week   Electrical breakdown in gases and discharge classifications
3. Week  Dc Townsend and Glow discharges
4. Week  Experimental characteristics of the dc glow discahrges in atmospheric pressure air, Neon and nitrogen plasmas,
5. Week   Properties of the non-equilibrium air plasmas
6. Week   Air, nitrogen and neon plasma chemistry
7. Week  Plasma induced damage in solid surfaces
8. Week  Surface treatment with plasma
9. Week   Cleaning and oxidation with plasma
10. Week   Etching and deposition with plasma
11. Week   Measurement of the electron density in plasma
12. Week   Laser initiated plasmas
13. Week   Current application of atmospheric pressure air plasmas
14. Week   Current application of atmospheric pressure neon, argon hydrogen and nitrogen plasmas.
