Programme Information
Private Law PhD Program consists of courses with at least 24 local credits, written and oral comprehensive exams, and defense of the PhD thesis. This program aims to develop the practical and theoretical knowledge of the students on Private Law, which they have acquired during their undergraduate and master studies. In the scope of this program, courses in the fields of Civil Law, Commercial Law, International Private Law and Labor Law are offered. Especially elective courses provide an opportunity to specialize in many different fields. Courses are delivered as seminar and require the participation of students.
