- Has the intellectual and theoretical knowledge and comprehension about the issues on planning / design / research methods that are human and community oriented and sensitive to natural and built environment in the field of City and Regional Planning.
- Has a knowledge and comprehension about the principles, ethics, laws, regulations and standards related to the field of City and Regional Planning.
