5. Week   Ionization equilibrium of acids and bases; calculation of H+ and OH- concentration

7. Week  Buffer solutions, equation of Henderson Hasselbalch
8. Week  Dialysis, definition and application in biochemistry laboratory
9. Week  Chromatography as seperation techniques: Principles of paper, thin-layer and other seperation methods
