Competent to the principles of the prevention of oro-dental injuries, carry out examination, diagnosis and treatment programs.
Knowledge about NAI diagnosis and follow-up, diagnosis and management of maxillo-facial trauma
Knowledgeable about treatment priorities in dental injuries and competent in emergency treatment
Knowledge about the prognosis of dental injuries and treatment interventions and able to make the necessary further planning.

1. Week  Epidemiology of traumatic dental injuries
2. Week  Pathophysiology and results of dental injuries
3. Week  Classification of dental injuries History, examination and diagnosis
4. Week  General approach in emergency treatment: Treatment of soft tissue injuries Closure of exposed dentin Splint application Antibiotic prophylaxis and supportive treatment
5. Week  Treatment priorities according to trauma type and emergency treatment planning
6. Week   Prevention of traumatic dental injuries - mouth protectors
7. Week  Gingiva and oral mucosa injuries: Laceration Contusion Abrasion Tissue Loss
8. Week  Injuries and treatment including hard tissues and pulp: Incomplete fracture of enamel Uncomplicated crown fracture Complicated crown fracture
9. Week  Injuries and treatment including hard tissues and pulp: Uncomplicated crown root fracture Complicated crown root fracture
10. Week  Periodontal tissue injuries and treatment modalities Concussion Subluxation Lateral luxation
