Approach to experimental animals and comprehend to basic electrophysiological studies.
Learning the characteristics of experimental animals
Determination of similarities and differences between experimental animals and humans in the nervous system
Femoral artery catheterization, drug administration tail vein
To learn rat brain and functional topography
Craniotomy was performed and preparation of the experimental animal for the recording

1. Week   Interpretation of basic characteristics and behavior of experimental animals, explanation of concepts
2. Week  Introduction of basic laboratory equipments used in recording of biological potentials
3. Week  Basic rules of experimental animals - I
4. Week  Basic rules of experimental animals - II
5. Week  Measurement and monitoring of physiological parameters such as blood pressure, body temperature in experimental animals
6. Week  Blood pressure monitoring, femoral artery catheterization, tail vein administration in experimental animals
7. Week  Drug and chemical compound preparation
8. Week  Establishing anesthesia in experimental animals - I
9. Week  Blood collection, injection and small surgical procedures in experimental animals
10. Week  Placing of the experimental animal in the sterotaxic frame I
