To be able to perform basic recombinant DNA technology practices
To learn the basic knowledge about Molecular Biothecnology
To learn strategies of cloning
To perform gene libraries and to apply cloning of cDNA
To be able to cut and join the DNA molecules
To select and screen the recombinants
To able to express the clonned DNA molecules in Escherichia coli
To be able to apply DNA sequencing and new generation sequencing systems
To be able to perform recombinant DNA applications
