To evaluate and apply relevant methods and analytic approaches within the field of natural products
To have a knowledge about the determination and isolation of bioactive compounds
To have a knowledge about the purification of the isolated compounds by using preparative chromatographic techniques
To provide an information about the spectroscopic methods for the structure elucidation of the bioactive compounds
To have a general idea about the structure elucidation of the secondary metabolites
To have a knowledge about the examination and interpretation of the mass, NMR and IR spectra of secondary metabolites.
