2. Week  Historical background and development of electrophoresis
3. Week  Electro-osmotic flow (EOF), analytical parameters, mobility and migration time
4. Week  Selectivity and the use of addivites, buffer selection, buffer pH, surfactants, chiral selectors, temperature
5. Week  Modes of operation
6. Week  Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), capillary wall modifications, bonded or adhered phases, dynamic deactivation, applications of CZE
7. Week  Micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC)
8. Week  Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE), applications of CGE
