1. Week   The basic molecular biology techniques in Toxicology
2. Week   DNA extraction from biological materials (blood, sperm and some tissues) I
3. Week   DNA extraction from biological materials (blood, sperm and some tissues) II
4. Week  The amplification of DNA samples by PCR (polymerase chain reaction)
5. Week  The principles of optimization of PCR conditions for newly diagnosed polymorphisms
6. Week   The preparation of gels for vertical and horizontal electrophoresis systems
7. Week   The loading of DNA to agarose gels, Electrophoresis
8. Week  8. Week : The loading of DNA to polyacrylamide gels, Electrophoresis
9. Week  The detection of SNPs by RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) technique
10. Week   The application of multiple SNPs detection
11. Week   The determination of allele frequencies of SNPs in major drug metabolizing or DNA repair genes (GSTs, OGG1, NAT2.) by PCR-RFLP techniques
12. Week   The determination of allele frequencies of SNPs in susceptibility of specific disease (breast, lung, bladder cancer..) by PCR-RFLP techniques
13. Week   Evaluation of allele frequencies in both group (patient and healthy), calculation of HW Equilibrium
